OMG how sad about Cheerio’s, I am sorry for your loss. The night you were adopting Kix is the night we adopted Abbey (Frootloops). I remember your family being there and the excitement in the air. How funny we have come to a full circle, meeting again. I was told Frootloops was the only girl in the litter..I did not know Wheaties was a girl too. What color was Wheaties? I sent your Mom a picture of our pup, they look so much alike,

the worst part about living in SoCal is that the calorie count of 680 calories is listed on the shamrock shake sign at the counter.. so i have only had 2 this season and forced the small kiddos to drink half of it! these will be made in our home next week. we have all of the ingredients too! FUN!

I have a theory that people with unusual names (and I actually wouldn’t consider Marla to be all that unusual, but it sounds like it is, for a lot of people!) are a lot more personally invested in their own names. It’s kind of fun to have an instant conversation starter, though. My name was half-normal until I got married, and now people regularly assume that either this is a pseudonym or I am a superhero. If only.
